PURPOSE: A multi functional power distributing device for a vehicle is provided to enable a plurality of convenient devices to always supply power, thereby providing the convenience in using the convenient devices. CONSTITUTION: An input jack(10) receives battery power of a fuse box for a vehicle. A plurality of output jacks supplies power to a convenient device. A first distribution line(L1) transfers constant power of a battery inputted to the input jack to one output jack. A second distribution jack lowers battery power to the power of a portable convenient device and transfers the battery power to one output jack. A third distribution line(L3) transfers battery power inputted to an input jack to one output jack.
