PURPOSE: A gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor antagonist and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to stimulate biosynthesis and secretion of leteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone. CONSTITUTION: A gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor antagonist contains a structure of chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, X is non-aromatic heterocyclic ring or substituted non-aromatic heterocyclic ring containing one or more Ns; Y is -(CR_9aR_9b)_r-Z-R_4; B is -NR_1R_2 or -OR_1; n is 2, 3, or 4; and Z is direct bond or -O-, -S-, -NR_11-, -SO-, -SO_2-, -OSO_2-, -SO_2O-, -SO_2NR_11-, -NR_11SO_2-, -CO-,-COO-,-OCO-, -CONR_11-, -NR_11CO-, -NR_11CONR_11a-, -OCONR_11-, or -NR_11COO-.
