<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell electrode forming paste of which an electrode narrower and thicker than usual can be formed on a substrate surface with higher improved productivity than usual when the electrode of a solar cell is formed by an intaglio photogravure offset printing method. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell electrode forming paste to be used to form the electrode of the solar cell includes a conductive powder, glass frit of 350 to 600°C in softening point, a binding resin including at least one component selected from the group of a phenol resin, an epoxy resin, a polyester resin, and ethylcellulose, a transfer resin composed of an acrylic resin having a structure of polyacrylic acid, alkyl polyacrylate, or alkyl polymethacrylate, a low-volatile solvent of≤0.1 mmHg in vapor pressure at 20°C, and a high-volatile solvent of 0.5 to 5 mmHg in vapor pressure at 20°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
