PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing alveolar bone and a method for manufacturing bone are provided to form a bone member from a molding frame using rapid prototyping. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing alveolar bone comprises: a scanning stage(S100) of scanning a defect part of a groove shape in the alveolar bone using computed tomography; a molding frame manufacturing step(S110) of manufacturing a molding frame for forming a brain shape using date scanned by computed tomography; a brain member manufacturing step(S120) of filling the molding frame with bone material powder and liquid brain bond; a brain member separation step(S130); and a brain member filling step(S140).
