PURPOSE: A microfluidic device, a light radiating device, a microfluidic system including the same, and a method for driving the same are provided to minimize the difference of the valve driving characteristics between microfluidic systems using identical light source. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(22) is prepared. A microfluidic structure(30) includes a chamber(32), a channel(34), and a valve(36). Fluidic samples are arranged in the chamber. The fluidic samples move through the channel. The valve controls the flow of the fluidic samples. A light radiating unit(50) radiates light energy to the microfluidic structure. A diffuser(60) diffuses light from the light radiating unit in order to uniformly distribute the light to the radiation reaction of the microfluidic structure. |
