<p>Provided is a vehicle disc brake apparatus in which two-step spring characteristics of a plate spring for suppressing crank noise may be obtained stably. The plate spring (90) for suppressing crank noise includes: a fixed part (91) which has a "?" shape and is elastically fixed to a back plate (61); and an extended part (92) which is formed extending in continuation from the fixed part (91). The extended part (92) is provided with: an engaging portion (92a) constantly engaging with a supporting body; a bent portion (92b) bent and disposed between the engaging portion (92a) and the fixed part (91); and a joining portion (92c) disposed between the bent portion (92b) and the fixed part (91). The joining portion (92c) is set away from the back plate (61) by a predetermined distance when the back plate (61) is in a non-braking position. The joining portion (92c) is elastically deformed together with the bent portion (92b) and joined without slippage to the back plate (61) at a flat surface when the bent portion (92b) is elastically deformed by a predetermined amount from the non-braking position due to the back plate (61) moving from the non-braking position, toward the supporting body, to a rotor leading edge.</p> |
