PURPOSE: A roll diameter measuring device is provided to accurately measure the diameter of a roll by regulating a support up and down and right and left during measurement. CONSTITUTION: A roll diameter measuring device comprises a support(101) which surrounds a roll, a support moving unit(200) which is connected to the upper center side of the support to move the support up and down and right and left, and a suction plate(160) which is fixed to the lower side of the support moving unit and attached to the surface of the roll. The support moving unit comprises a micrometer for rotation which rotates the support right and left, a micrometer for transfer which transfers the support up and down, and a gear box(250) which is embedded with the micrometers.
