PURPOSE: A non-toxic multi-functional coating agent is provided to ensure excellent water resistance and durability while exhibiting air self-cleaning ability, permeability, insect control effect, humidity control, deodorization and insulation property. CONSTITUTION: A non-toxic multi-functional coating agent comprises: a silicate mixture in which 45-55 weight% of liquefied potassium silicate, 25-35 weight% of ion exchanged water and 10-20 weight% of liquid lithium silicate; a liquid phase material in which 30-40 weight% of activated diatomite and 25-35 weight% of pumice as a natural filler, 5-15 weight% of loess, 5-10 weight% elvan and 10-15 weight% activated jade are mixed into the silicate mixture, wherein 3-5 weight% of zinc oxide as a water-resistant reinforcing agent, 2-3 weight% of potassium silico-fluoride or metakaolin are mixed in the silicate mixture; and 2.5 weight% of wetting agent.
