The invention relates to a method for determination of quantitative antagonistic activity of probiotics by means of joint cultivation of probiotic strains with test-cultures of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms on the nutrient medium, which provides for using of method of serial dilution of probiotic strain in the medium MRS-2, containing of hydrolysate of dry fermentative skimmed milk, that is diluted in of distilled water and joined with of melted gel, with subsequent dispensing to Petri dish, after solidification of which the beef-extract agar-agar is layered, on which the test-cultures of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora are inoculated, and minimal concentration of probiotic microorganism, inhibiting the growth of test-culture, is determined. |
