PURPOSE: A diaphragm for an accumulator is provided to ensure facilitated manufacturing process and reduced manufacturing costs and to extend the life span of an accumulator. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm for an accumulator comprises a rubber layer(81), an adhesive layer(83), and a resin layer(82). The rubber layer comprises acrylonitrile butadiene rubber of 50-58wt%, organic peroxide of 101-15wt%, sebacic polyester of 6-10wt%, polyalkylene fatty acid ester of 8-12wt%, magnesium oxide of 3-5wt%, plasticizer of 2-5wt%, and vulcanizer and vulcanization accelerator of 3-7wt%. The adhesive layer comprises urethane prepolymer of 30-140wt%, terpene phenol resin of 14-20wt%, methyl ethyl ketone of 8-14wt%, ethyl acetate of 10-15wt%, isopropyl alcohol of 9-14wt%, plastic epoxy resin of 8-18wt%, and rubber latex of 5-10wt%. The resin layer comprises vinylchloride resin with 1500 degrees of polymerization of 36-42wt%, chlorinated polyethylene of 12-18wt%, ethylenevinylalcohol copolymer of 7-11wt%, acrylonitrile of 8-15wt%, meta acryl acid ester copolymer of 6-10wt%, polyamide resin of 9-15wt%, and ethylenevinylalcohol copolymer of 7-12wt%. The rubber layer and the resin layer are adhered via the adhesive layer. The resin layer is arranged in a nitrogen gas chamber and the rubber layer is arranged in an oil chamber. |
