PURPOSE: An organic light emitting material is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability, to improve the luminous efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device, and to increase the life span of the device. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting material is used as a light emitting material of an organic electroluminescent device and includes a triphenylene derivative represented by chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6-30 nucleus carbon atoms. The organic electroluminescent device includes one or more organic layers including the organic light emitting material.
