PURPOSE: An opening/closing device for a portable terminal is provided to slantly rotate a second unit against a first unit. CONSTITUTION: One end of an elastic device(150) is rotatively connected to a guide member(130) and a moveable member(140). The elastic device offers an elastic force about a first unit(210) to a second unit(220) direction when sliding the first unit. One end of a rotating unit(120) is moveably connected to one end of a rotation guide member. The other end of the rotating unit is supported by the elastic force of a spring. The rotating unit slantly rotates the second unit against the first unit.
