PURPOSE: A coating composition is provided to ensure water and oil repellent property on the fabric surface by enhancing surface roughness and surface tension. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for water and oil repellent property contains a mixed SiO_2 sol containing: SiO_2 sol(I) containing SiO_2 nanoparticles having 5-100nm of average particle size; and SiO_2 sol(II) containing SiO_2 nanoparticles having 250-5,000 nm of average particle size. The mixed SiO_2 sol is dispersed in water-dispersion polymer selected among water-soluble fluorinated polymer and water soluble fluore silane polymers.
