PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition of water-in-oil type in which pigment is dispersed in the water is provided to ensure high cover ability and to softness. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition of water-in-oil type contains coated pigment dispersed in aqueous phase in a granule form. The coated pigment is titanium dioxide(TiO_2), micro TiO_2, zinc oxide(ZnO), micro zinc oxide, iron oxide(FeO(II) Fe_2O_3(III), Fe_3O_4(IV)), alumina(Al_2O_3), barium sulfate(BaSO_3), silica(SiO_2), talc, kaolin, sericite, or mica. The pigment is coated by dimethicone, methicone, caprylyl silane, or fluoride silcons; or layroyl lysine, disodium stearoyl glutamate, or sodium myristyl glutamate amino acid derivatives. The composition is manufacturing in the form of liquid, cream, or cake type foundation, makeup base or UV blocking cosmetic product. |
