PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device, manufacturing method thereof, and electronic device are provided to reduce influences of an external voltage, thereby realizing a stable operation while preventing color deviation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of photoelectric conversion units are placed on the photographing surface of a substrate(101). The photoelectric conversion units include a red color photoelectric conversion unit(201R), a green color photoelectric conversion unit(201G), and a blue color photoelectric conversion unit(201B). The photoelectric conversion units include a photoelectric conversion film which generates a signal charge by receiving light and first and second electrodes. A reading circuit unit is placed from the photographing surface to the lower side of the photoelectric conversion units. The reading circuit unit includes a red color reading circuit unit(202R), a green color reading circuit unit(202G), and a blue color reading circuit unit(202B).
