PURPOSE: A swing hinge unit of a portable terminal is provided to stop the second body location at an opening position or a closing position. CONSTITUTION: An insertion groove is formed on a bracket(33). A guide rail is partly inserted to the insertion groove in order to guide the rotation of the rotating member. A combining device rotatively combines a base member and the rotation member. An elastic unit(40) has a spring for adding an elastic force toward the rotating member along the rotational direction of the rotating member. The elastic unit connects the base member and the rotating member.
