摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the operational state of a wind turbine generator in which oscillation frequency of the wind turbine generator can be estimated accurately even when duration of output power oscillation of the wind turbine generator interconnected is short. <P>SOLUTION: Output power signals of a wind turbine generator containing measured oscillation components are sampled at a predetermined period, and time series data of output power signals is inputted through a band filter by moving average method centering a theoretical oscillation frequency and accumulated. Time series data of output power signals thus accumulated is applied to an autoregression model of damping oscillation prepared beforehand, and the oscillation frequency of output power signal is calculated from the coefficients of an autoregression model applied with time series data. An oscillation frequency satisfying predetermined conditions is extracted as an oscillation frequency estimation value and the r.p.m. of the wind turbine generator is specified based on the oscillation frequency estimation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
