A device for monitoring the condition of agricultural land comprises an electrode pair for determination of the current density. Monitoring is carried out by continuous recording of changes of agro-ecosystems using electrode pairs of elliptical and cylindrical cross section, which are constantly submerged in the soil and placed on a movable vehicle, and by determining the coordinates of their position using GPS-navigator.
