PURPOSE: An oscillator is provided to find a desired frequency through a trimming digital signal regardless of the frequency change due to the current variables. CONSTITUTION: A first bias part(311) generates current by the trimming digital signal in order to perform frequency trimming. The first bias part regulates the current level through a resistance. The first bias part outputs the digital current through the adjustment process. A second bias part(313) is biased by the input voltage. The second bias part outputs analog current according to the biasing. |
