PURPOSE: A kitchen detergent composition using medicinal herbs is provided to improve functionality by natural medicinal herbs and to secure good detergency. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen detergent composition using medicinal herbs is prepared by mixing green tea, Platicodi Radix, Codonopis lanceolata and hinoki cypress leaf extracts into a surfactant mixture in which disodium laureth sulfosuccinate as a negative surfactant and coco-betaine as an amphoteric surfactant. The medicinal herb extract is obtained by extracting medicinal herbs including green tea, Platicodi Radix, Codonopis lanceolata and hinoki cypress in a weight ratio of 3:1:1:1.
