METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A REFLECTIVE POLARIZER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a reflective polarizer is provided to effectively control the optical characteristics of a major phase on a diffusive reflective film without loss of optical permeability due to scattering. CONSTITUTION: A film is extruded and stretched. The film includes a first polymer(14) and a second polymer(12). The first polymer has birefringence which is smaller than 0.02 and is an amorphous nano complex material. The first polymer is a major phase. The second polymer is a dispersing minor phase.
