PURPOSE: A recording device, control method thereof, and a recording medium are provided to quickly receive all data without the detection of a command and to quickly detect a command that is transmitted from a host computer. CONSTITUTION: A receiving buffer(31) stores data which is received from a host computer. A command detection unit(21A) detects a command from data. A command execution unit(21C) processes the detected command. A real time control command detection unit(21B) reads out reception data from a second reading pointer. The real time control command detection unit detects a process command within reception data. |
