摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE: A magnetic levitation transfer device is provided to minimize vibration generated in the lateral direction by employing a vertical type linear motor and to reduce power consumption by attaching a permanent magnet to a levitation electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic levitation transfer device(100) comprises a track, a carriage(110) which is installed in the track and transferred as being levitated over the track, a first ferromagnetic element(181) which is attached to the bottom of the track, a levitation magnet(140) which is fixed to the carriage to face the first ferromagnetic element, a permanent magnet module(126) which is installed on the top of the track and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the track, a linear motor(130) which is fixed to the carriage to face the permanent magnet module, a second ferromagnetic element(183) which is arranged on both sides of the track, and a guide electromagnet(150) which is fixed to the carriage to face the second ferromagnetic element.</p> |
