LIGHT EMITTING DIODE REPAIR METHOD AND APPARATUS USING QUANTUM DOT COATING

PURPOSE: A method and device for repairing a light emitting diode are provided to improve yield by forming a quantum dot by coating the light emitting diode with quantum dot mixed solutions. CONSTITUTION: A first detector(130) measures the luminous property value of a light emitting diode. A quantum dot selector determines the luminous level of the measured luminous property value and determines a repair quantum dot corresponding to the luminous level. A quantum dot dispenser(140) sprays the quantum dot mixed solutions corresponding to the repair quantum dot on the uppermost layer of the light emitting diode. A first driver(150) dries the coated quantum dot mixed solutions. The quantum dot layer is formed on the uppermost layer of the light emitting diode.
