摘要 <p>The crystallization system comprises a electric heater, which is implemented as a first heater-magnet module (100) positioned to a crucible wall (41) of a crucible (40), where a second heater-magnet module is arranged to the crucible wall of the crucible in an interior space (10) of the first heater-magnet module. A further heater-magnet module, which is provided that is positioned in the interior space of respective previous heater-magnet module. The first heater-magnet module is formed from coil or two or more stacked coils arranged above one another with spiral-shaped or step-shaped coils. The crystallization system comprises an electric heater, which is implemented as a first heater-magnet module (100) positioned to a crucible wall (41) of a crucible (40), where a second heater-magnet module is arranged to the crucible wall of the crucible in an interior space (10) of the first heater-magnet module. A further heater-magnet module, which is provided that is positioned in the interior space of respective previous heater-magnet module. The first heater-magnet module is formed from a coil or two or more stacked coils arranged above one another with spiral-shaped or step-shaped coils. The second heater-magnet module is formed from a coil or two or more stacked coils arranged above one another with spiral-shaped or step-shaped windings (50) or the second heater-magnet module is formed from a coil with meandering winding. The first heater-magnet module has a single coil with spiral shaped ascending winding, and the second heater magnetic module has a coil with meandering windings, where the coil is formed from three meander segments. The first- and second heater-magnet module have two coils arranged above one another with spiral shaped winding. The heater-magnet modules are electrically isolated against each other and the coils are electrically controlled. An insulating element is provided for electrical insulation arranged between the heater-magnet modules. The heater-magnet modules are not electrically isolated against each other and the coils have common electrical supply lines. Stabilizing elements are arranged on the spiral shaped windings of the coils of the heater-magnet modules. A surface surrounded by the coil of the heater-magnet module is circular or rectangular. An independent claim is included for a crystallization process.</p>
