PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a lower portion of a door for a vehicle is provided to suppress assembly error between members since a beam pipe is installed between two die casting forms of the beam pipe. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a lower portion of a door for a vehicle comprises an integrated side panel(110), a die casting form(120), and a beam pipe(130). The die casting form is mounted inside the integrated side panel. The beam pipe is mounted between the two die casting forms. One end of the die casting form is overlapped with both ends of the beam pipe. The lower flange of the beam pipe is coupled with the integrated side panel. The top flange and the bottom flange of the die casting form are overlapped on the upper flange and the lower flange. The body of the die casting form is overlapped on the inner side of the beam pipe.
