PURPOSE: A direct fired oven apparatus is provided to uniformly roast meat in a short time by uniformly supplying heat to the top and bottom part of the meat. CONSTITUTION: A direct fired oven apparatus comprises an oil tray(100), a roasting plate(300), and a lid(500). The oil tray receives oil and juices discharged from fish and meat. The oil tray comprises a heat inlet(110), a holding unit(130), and a heat direction guide member(150). The heat inlet transfers heat from burner to the roasting plate. The holding unit is integrally formed in the heat inlet. The heat direction guide member uniformly disperses heat along the outer surface of the roasting plate. The roasting plate is placed on the top of the oil tray and cooks fish or meat. The lid is located at the top of the roasting plate and circulates heat when cooking. |
