TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE METHOD USING PICTORIAL SYMBOL

PURPOSE: A short message service method which uses an icon is provided to display a closed short message to a user terminal by using a specific icon. CONSTITUTION: A short message receiving terminal photographs an icon that is attached to a product to a short message receiver(S31). The short message receiving terminal extracts a feature vector of an icon image(S32). The short message receiving terminal compares the feature vector of the icon, which is received from the short message calling terminal, and the extracted feature vector(S33). The short message receiving terminal displays a closed short message based on a comparison result(S34).
