PURPOSE: A transparent handle structure of a storage box is provided to attach the handle structure to both sides of the storage box for enabling a user to identify contents through the handle structure. CONSTITUTION: A transparent handle structure of a storage box comprises an inner binding material(100) and an outer binding material. The inner binding material is combined with the inside of a through-hole formed on both sides of the storage box(10), and protruded to the outside. The inner binding material includes a coupling unit with a screw thread, a stepped unit, and a transparent plate. The outer binding material includes a fitting unit with the screw thread, and a jamming unit with a hanging hole.
