The present invention refers to a pneumatic motive system with pistons similar to an inner combustion engine, where the fuel injection system as well as the use of spark plugs or any other element that generates a spark is replaced by an electrovalve device which controls the supply of air at pressure for operating the piston-connecting rod-shaft mechanism of the engine by means of compressed air. The air at pressure is generated by the use of compressors adjacent the engine and stored in tanks from where the engine is supplied by the electrovalve system. The electric power required for the operation of the engine, compressors and the electrovalve system is acquired by the conversion of the solar energy into electric energy using solar panels and batteries where the electric power is collected. The motion transmission of the crankshaft to the wheels of the automobile or motive vehicle is performed by using a centrifugal clutch and a rotation inverter. The invention also has an ancilla ry system for starting the piston pneumatic engine which is mainly used in the start-up stage of the engine. Additionally, the engine includes a system for generating electricity from the wind energy that is obtained when the engine is used in a means for displacing it such as a car. The purpose of the invention is to provide an ecological engine which may move a conventional vehicle of continuous use by means of converting solar energy into electric energy, and by using compressed air, but without limiting the application thereof to the automotive sector. The pneumatic motive system with pistons may be designed with different technical capacities and applications; the present document only describes the application of the invention in automotive vehicles but it is not limited thereto.
