PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using deer antlers, and a producing method thereof are provided to mix soybean with abundant amount of protein and the deer antlers with abundant amount of calcium. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using deer antlers comprises the following steps: crushing the deer antlers, safflower seeds, soybeans, salicornia herbacea, glutinous rice, and starch; mixing 5~10wt% of deer antler powder, 7~13wt% of safflower seed powder, 55~65wt% of soybean powder, 7~13wt% of glutinous rice powder, 7~13wt% of starch powder, and 5~7wt% of salicornia herbacea powder; adding 5~7wt% of acanthopanax sessiliflorus extract 2~3wt% of ginger extract, and 2~3wt% of green tea extract to the mixture; and molding the mixture into tablets.
