PURPOSE: A jerky coated with chocolate, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to prevent oil from the jerky from staining the mouth of an eater. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a jerky coated with chocolate comprises a step of coating a jerky manufactured with raw meat selected from the group consisting of beef, pork, lamb, goat meat, rabbit meat, chicken, duck meat, pheasant meat, and turkey meat, with the chocolate. The raw meat is sliced before the coating process. |
