FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: distributor is designed for distribution of gas flow introduced into unit and can be used in unit for gas purification from solid particles, in drying installations and in forced ventilation. The distributor consists of a case of a certain shape with uniform perforations on surface. Also, the case is rigidly connected with a device controlling mode of gas supply in form of a sound converter for automatic measurement of consumption parametres through uniformly distributed perforations. Orifices of perforation correspond to expanding nozzles with cone angle of 8-12 degrees. The case is made out of bimetal. Heat conduction coefficient of material of internal surface of perforation orifices is 2.5-3.0 higher, than heat conduction coefficient of case material. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of distributor operation. ^ 2 dwg |
