PURPOSE: An electronic device including the performance of a solar cell and a light emitting device is provided to improve the generation efficiency of a solar cell unit by preventing holes generated in a photoelectric conversion layer from moving to a first electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell unit(110) comprises a first electrode layer(111), a shared electrode layer(130), and a photoelectric conversion layer(113). The photoelectric conversion layer converts light from the outside to electric energy. An energy level compensation layer(112) is formed between the first electrode layer and the photoelectric conversion layer. A light emitting device unit(120) includes a second electrode layer(121) and the shared electrode layer which is used as an electrode in the solar cell unit. A light emitting device unit includes a light emitting unit(123) between the shared electrode layer and the second electrode layer.
