PURPOSE: A portable water supply information input and output device is provided to exactly measure location, pressure, water pressure by easily collecting and transmitting consumer research information about water utility. CONSTITUTION: A GPS receiving unit(122) inputs location information. A key input unit(123) inputs a command for indicating and inputting consumer researched information with a touch type. A water pressure measuring unit(124) measures a water utility water pressure through a pressure sensor. An information displaying unit(130) displays the consumer researched information on one screen. The information displaying unit displays an information input table to input the consumer researched information. A data storage module(160) stores the consumer researched information.
