FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of a repaired pipe, drawing sections of a "sleeve" through sections of the repaired pipe and connection of the "sleeve" sections. The "sleeve" is arranged as rigid in the form of a pipe of polymer material with shape memory. The "sleeve" prior to its insertion into the repaired pipe is exposed to compression. The inner diametre of the "sleeve" is within the limits between the external and internal diametre of the repaired pipe. The extent of the "sleeve" compression is from 0.95 to 0.85 of its initial diametre. The external surface of the sleeve is arranged with longitudinal grooves to reduce friction when drawn. Recovery of the "sleeve" shape happens after it is installed inside the repaired pipe. ^ EFFECT: elimination of radial collapse, longitudinal reversing and friction between the sleeve and the inner surface of the pipe in process of the pipeline operation due to tight adjacency of the rigid sleeve to the inner surface of the repaired pipeline. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
