PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for helping micronization capable of micronizing fine particles of a liquid ejected from a gas-liquid mixing nozzle, and to provide a gas-liquid mixing nozzle device for use in helping micronization. SOLUTION: The apparatus for helping the micronization of fine particles of a liquid includes a micronizing chamber into which fine particles of a liquid is injected, and a hollow baffle of a tapered shape narrowing in the direction of its tip disposed in the micronizing chamber, with the baffle constituted of a connecting section of a shape that follows the shape of the inner face of the micronizing chamber wherein the baffle is disposed, and of a baffle body comprising an opening formed thereon.
