<p>The present invention describes a new process and plant (100) for the treatment of industrial waste water from fermentation processes (1), more particularly a new process and plant (100) which involves steps a (filtrating the waste water), b) purifying the permeate (2) by using membrane concentration separating the initial permeate (2) in a concentrate (3c) and substantially purified water (6), c) adding a sequestering agent or crystal distortion polymers in any previous step, d) subjecting the concentrate (3c) to evaporation (8) and e) drying (121) the concentrated product (9) to obtain a powder (12) with at least 90% of total solids), for the treatment of effluents from fermentation processes, such treatment being capable of reducing the polluting capacity of the effluents, of recovering the involved process water to a substantially pure condition - this water (6) being able to be later used as process water or, then, for human or animal consumption - obtaining a dry powder (12) with high nutritive power, and reducing the emission of CO2, generating carbon credits. In short, the present invention contributes to obtain a self-sustainable industry.</p> |
