A rocking play device adapted to rock play elements. A rocking play device (100) provided with a pair of supports (120) which is raised from a base body (110), a pair of rocking elements (131), a motor (133), and an arm (134) which is provided to the rotating shaft of the motor (133). The pair of rocking elements (131) is rockably mounted to the upper portions of the supports (120), and each of the pair of rocking elements (131) is connected to each other in the vicinity of one end thereof by a guide shaft. The motor (133) is provided above the supports (120). Either of the rocking elements (131) is connected in the vicinity of the other end thereof to the arm (134) provided to the motor (133). The rotation of the rotating shaft of the motor (133) causes the portion connected to the arm (134) to eccentrically rotate, and as a result, the pair of rocking elements (131) rocks.
