ACF STICKING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable ACF sticking device and method capable of reliably collecting a separator without a large space. SOLUTION: The ACF tape including ACF for sticking the mounting component to a mounting location on a substrate indicated and a separator 11 for laminating and protecting ACF is transferred to the mounting location. When ACF is stuck to the mounting location and the separator peeled from ACF is collected, a winding reel 270 having width several times wider than that of the separator is loaded to the winding part 250 and winds up the separator with the winding reel.
