Provided are: a hair dyeing agent comprising at least one component selected from the juice of the fresh leaves of at least one aucubin-containing plant selected from Aucuba japonica and Plantago asiatica, and a solvent extract from the fresh leaves of at least one aucubin-containing plant selected from Aucuba japonica and Plantago asiatica; a production method for the hair dyeing agent; a hair dyeing kit comprising the hair dyeing agent; and a hair dyeing method using the same. The hair dyeing agent, hair dyeing kit and hair dyeing method of the present invention have the advantages of a high degree of safety for the human body, the dyeing time can be reduced, and the dyed state can be maintained for a long time.
