<p>The method involves transmitting a signal (4) calculated based on a sensor input parameter by a sensor (1) reflected by a virtually modeled object (5) i.e. stationary object, outside a passenger car (3). A reflecting signal (7) is received by the sensor, and measuring characteristics of the sensor are determined based on the received signal. A real driving scenario is virtually simulated by a computing device. The car is moved relative to the object during time interval between a time point (t1) of transmitting the calculated signal and a time point (t3) of reception of the reflecting signal. An independent claim is also included for a computing system with a computing device to perform a method for simulative determination of measuring characteristics of a virtually modelled sensor at a motor vehicle.</p> |
