<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder having an automatic sheet feed function. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the shredder. In the shredder containing a shredder cutter 20 and a sheet feed mechanism, the sheet feed mechanism mounted above the shredder cutter includes; a sheet feed tray 10; and a first roller 11 and a second roller 12 for feeding a sheet of paper 50 to be cut toward a shredder cutter. The first roller and the second roller are axially symmetric. A symmetric axis 15 of the first roller and the second roller is disposed in a position without overlapping with a center line 100 of the sheet feed tray.
