PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively achieve a positioning gage which enables intervals for taking out processed workpieces to be secured without increasing the defective feed of workpieces. SOLUTION: The positioning gage 30 which is provided on a metallic mold having an upper die 10 and a lower die 20 and which performs the positioning of the workpiece fed to the metallic mold includes: a gage pedestal 30c installed on the lower die 20; a rotary bearing 30f which has a rotating shaft 30e and is erected on the gage pedestal 30c; and a gage body 30a which is supported freely rotatably on the rotating shaft 30e of the rotary bearing 30f. The gage body 30a is configured to be maintained in the inclined state using the vertical direction (Y-direction) of the upper surface of the gage pedestal 30a as reference when the load of the workpiece W is not given and, when the workpiece W is placed on its surface 30a1, the gage body is energized by the load of the workpiece W and the workpiece W is positioned in a predetermined position by being rotated about the rotating shaft 30e.
