PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform relay transmission in an appropriate range by holding down the repeater frequency to necessary minimum, while raising reliability in interlock monitoring by relay transmission. SOLUTION: An acknowledgment signal (ACK signal) 12 is transmitted from a link destination, when an event signal 11 which shows abnormalities etc. is transmitted to a residential fire alarms 10-2 to 10-4 of interlock destination from a residential fire alarm 10-1 of an interlock source by failure detection such as fire, and when the acknowledgment signals are not received from all the interlock destinations, retransmission by transmitting and relaying the event signal is performed by specifying the residential fire alarm 10-3 of the interlock destination having the lowest reception intensity of the acknowledgment signal as a relay destination. Hereby an interlock alarm is certainly issued by relay transmission of the event signal to the residential fire alarm 10-4 of interlock destination which has not been able to receive the event signal by first transmission.
