PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process by forming a gate electrode and a pixel electrode on the same layer using the same materials. CONSTITUTION: An active layer(103) is formed on a substrate(101). A gate electrode(110) includes first to fourth conductive layers. A pixel electrode(115) includes first to fourth electrodes. A source and drain electrode(132) is electrically connected to the active layer. An intermediate layer(134), including an organic light emitting layer, is formed on the pixel electrode.
