<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building boring device and a building boring construction method for preventing the fall of a circular removal construction material more securely than before regardless of the inner structure of the upper-and-lower partition walls. <P>SOLUTION: The building boring device 10 is provided with a rotation output shaft 22 to which a cylindrical-shaped cutter 30 and a suspended member 40 are attached, while a lower-end engagement member 60 which can rotate in both a horizontal attitude and an erecting attitude is provided to the lower end part of the suspended member 40.
