<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and costs of a fluid heating device by optimally designing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In this fluid heating device composed of a combustion device generating heat energy by burning fuel, and a heater 1 for heating a fluid by the heat energy from the combustion device, a part or the whole of the heater 1 is composed of a plate unit formed by stacking plates 4 with clearance gaps, and a heating section 2 and a heated section 3 are configured to heat a heated fluid by allowing the fluid having the heat energy and the heated fluid to alternately flow in the clearance gaps of the plates 4. The combustion device is configured so that the fuel is burned at a lower part of the heater 1, the heat energy enters from the underneath of the plate section and flows upward, and the heated fluid enters from the underneath or a side part of the plate section and flows upward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
