<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional load driving device increases in current consumption in a standby mode wherein an electric power source is connected normally. <P>SOLUTION: A load driving device includes an output transistor T1 connected between a power supply terminal PWR and an output terminal OUT, a load 11 connected between the output terminal OUT and a ground terminal GND1, a discharge transistor MN1 connected between the gate of the output transistor T1 and a ground terminal GND2, and electrically connecting the gate of the output transistor T1 and the ground terminal GND2 to each other when turning off the output transistor T1, a compensation transistor MN7 connected between the output terminal OUT and ground terminal GND2 and turning on when the potential at the ground terminal GND2 rises above a predetermined value to maintain a non-conductive state of the output transistor T1, and a first resistance R3 connected between the ground terminal GND2 and the back gate of the compensation transistor MN7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
