<p>PURPOSE:To harmonize the pattern of the flooring with the recess and protrusion thereof correctly by a method wherein the pattern is printed on a transparent overlay and a silicon rubber layer is printed on the upper surface of the overlay so as to coincide the pattern, thereafter, the overlay is laminated on the base. CONSTITUTION:The pattern 2 is back-printed on the lower surface of the overlay 1 formed with a transparent soft polyvinyl chloride, thereafter, the silicon rubber layer 3 is adhered to the upper surface of the overlay 1 by screen printing at a position corresponding to the pattern 2 in the same configuration. Subsequently, the overlay 1 is laminated on the base 4 consisting of a lower layer 11 and a core 12, then, is pinched between a lower plate 10 and a plate 5 having a flat lower surface to apply hot pressing. After this forming is finished, the silicon rubber layer 3 is peeled and removed from the overlay 1 thereby obtaining the plastic flooring.</p> |
